Error trying to pay for credits

I am playing both on my home computer and my work computer so when i try´d to get credits at my work i got this error and the same when i got home what do i do now ?

What the heck are you talking about? C&C1 is freeware, and the only "credits" in the game are those you harvest tiberium for.

I'm getting the same msg. I can't "add funds" I have been trying for days, and tried contacting Support, but thaat option litterly runs you around in circles, It's VERY frustrating
