Question Will Generals 2 finally have a jukebox?

Commander McNash first proposed a recent C&C game to have one, but that suggestion never went through to C&C developers: http://www.commandandconquer.com/for...ck-the-Jukebox
(note - please do not bump that old thread back for discussion)

The question now is that... will C&C Generals 2 finally have a jukebox from Bioware/Victory? EA never makes one and all the first four C&C games from ex-Westwood all had jukeboxes of C&C score music. Also I am not sure if this related topic has been done before in the Community Developer Area forum section.

Jukebox would definetly be a nice thing to see in G2, though I've played too much C&C3, RA3 and C&C4 recently, so I've got a bit used to music that fits the situation (like action music or normal ambiet music).

The music in game should fit the situation like in C&C 3 and onwards; but a jukebox would also be nice, perhaps for the menu and loading screens.

+1, not only because I'm now accustomed to ambient tracks for the latest C&Cs, but it also adds to player awareness of things like periods when your being attacked, or when it would be safe to expand, ect., just by paying attention to the game score.

Also, the last 2 C&C games (+ Generals 1) had noticeably different soundtracks that corresponded to each faction, so even if a jukebox was implemented, they should keep the track listings for each race separate in-game. For example, playing as the USA in Gen 1 would feel "off" to me if a China or GLA score started to play randomly.

Jukebox as in Tiberian Dawn? Yes I'd love it, but the game should also allow you to upload your own music

what exactly is a jukebox - just a way to stick your own mp3s into the game to replace the built-in tracks??

No just that the game has tracks like hell march, grinder, act on instinct etc. playing and you can go to the jukebox and make it play the ones that you want it to instead of how it has been done since Generals.....though the Gens music was quite awesome IMO.

I'm ok with the Jukebox + custom music (select music folder for the game to play music)

And don't forget that "Dynamic music" thing. You know, where the music changes according to your situation like having a first encounter with the enemy, losing a base, reinforcing your army, winning the game etc.

Hunters are OP, but the Cobras disagree

Oh how I loved that thing in RA1.

Open match, go for the jukebox -> Radio 2 and later Militant Forces/Crush in the loop.

The original C&C score will always hold a place near and dear to the old ticker boys
