Direct3D e_outofmemory crash and Im not going to stop untill I SOLVE THIS problem.

My game crashes withing 15 minutes of playing a skirmish with Directx3d (Eoutofmemory) crashes
Before you even tell me to update I HAVE I have all the latest video card updates for my gfx cards. All Windows updates. Does anyone have any Ideas? I have x64 bit I know it doesnt support it..

I have 8 gigs of Ram

If I play it on the lowest Settings i can play it longer but eventually the UI elements in the escape menu turn to purple and when i exit the current skirmish every menu turns to purple. and if i ALt tab 2-3 times it will eventually crash with the same Directx3d E_OutOFMEMORY error. It also does this with Tiberium Essence.

Strange enuf It never did this on my laptop that had an integrated chipset even tho i ran that thing on medium settings >.>

I was playing TW with all the settings on ULTRA except AA which I set to Off and Shaders which i set to medium and shadows which i set to off as I was told to do in this photo CC3_problems.jpg
After I played for 15 minutes and the usual D3d OUTOFMEMORY Crash occurred, a new window popped up stating

"The instruction at 0x77533cd referenced memory at 0x019b4752. The memory could not be read. Click ok to terminate the program."

I'm not sure but using these settings causes this window to come up after the crash everytime i play using these graphics settings.

Am I getting closer to the real problem?

I have 2 HD 5770's They have no problems on any games. NONE whatso ever. Kanes Wrath Doesnt Crash at All. My fault is not to blame. Its EA and their Half Assed coding
