    Angry How to Contact EA

How does a person contact EA anymore? After following all the stuff here about ZH I still cannot get it to play properly. In campaign mode it acts like skirmish mode and refuses to goto the next campaign, in skirmish mode it blows up after a short period of time.

So i would like to contact EA to see if they have a fix.

Do you have a legal copy of Zero Hour?

You perfectly describe symptoms from a pirated version of Zero Hour. We do not provide support for pirated copies of ZH or Generals.

Yes I do it's the ORIGINAL version updated to 1.04 or what ever the current version is.

So now that that is out of the way can you answer my question in how to contact EA DIRECTLY via e-mail, land line or what ever?

And please don't refer me to there so called web site support as there isn't any support there.

There is no support which we can give here that would be better then contacting EA through https://help.ea.com/

If you go to https://help.ea.com/contact-us and enter the game and problem, you can send an email to customer support.

Please let us know if EA CS doesn't help or respond back to you after trying what Seraph mentioned.

It works for me until I get to the part where they ask me for information to contact me back. Then I am presented with no way to continue forward.

Here is the solution for the serials problem: http://www.commandandconquer.com/for...l=1#post101683

When this doesn't resolve the problem, you have to contact EA (Use option generals.) and ask about a new serial code.

Here is the solution when asking for a new code doesn't recolve the problem: http://www.commandandconquer.com/for...l=1#post117161
