    EA answer HQ

Apparently EA made a huge tech support board for a billion different games. I got some sort of an invite to try it out before they released it and completely missed it (missed out on a t-shirt too) as I haven't been much online lately. I assume some of you were as well, at least those of you that have frequented the tech support forums.

Did any of you know about this? Does anyone know the point? What do you think about it?

So they're now offering us to do their job? lol :P

Kidding aside I think this is a good idea, who knows better about the game than the player themselves?

    Uhm... the developers.

OT: Well this seems like a copy of Yahoo answers. Not a bad idea, and I think it's definitely an improvement over trying to contact the almost useless tech support.

You work for EA tech support? I thought you were a writer for a game magazine...

I knew someone would mention this :| You can't pull them out of their job to answer some Y U NO queries because they're the ones who will work on creating and or fixing the game. Unless you want them to switch to a tech support job like Geek.

LOL. My Steam profile got updated over the Summer Sale. That local newspaper publication I wrote game reviews for went out of business and ceased the game reviews section 12 months ago. Now I'm just a server administrator for a company I will not name here as it's not important. As for being EA Support, EA CS is inactive on these forums so we moderators help where we can.

Oh and someone needs to check his or her's sarcasm detector in regards to my last post =P
