"Have any C&C titles reached their fourth or fifth game, particularly Red Alert? Maybe with some new Revenge of the Russians theme/plot line. If so, then I can't wait!
Also, if the next game is in the Red Alert Universe, will we hear the Red Alert theme song (Hell's March) in the game? That would also be awesome!"
Yes, one (C&C 4: Tiberian Twilight. Many people discount it as a C&C though), the last Red Alert game was RA3, and I severely hope that the next plot is not so base and simpleton as "Revenge of the Russians." That is, unless, they pull it off and don't make it too base and simpleton.
As Hell's March is the declared Red Alert theme song, I suspect we shall hear it in the next Red Alert game.
