Im trying to get back online and play some multiplayer games, how do I create a new online ID for the game? I already have EA account set up but when I hit login it says my account or subaccount doesnt exist

Wrong name? It asks EA account name password and online ID am I typing something in wrong? I can give you my info if someone can explain what I put into those boxes. This is extremely frustrating I played this game for years I went to reinstall recently and I did using my original cd key then this error kept coming up. I re bought this game threw origin since I also play bf3 and got a new cd key but I still try to login to multiplayer and get this error...what am I doing wrong? I have now 2 accounts but it keeps saying they dont exist unless im doing something wrong here.

Only thing I know from what has happened in other threads is that if you don't have a working classic ea account any more, then you have to create a pogo account as that is the only one that works otherwise.
