There, fixed. Everything that isn't 100% out has been chaned to "has a chance of being in".

Please do not assume that no single player will be added at all. SP might not make release but as EA_CIRE pointed out already those decrying the lack of SP content has been heard already. We have to wait and see how exactly we were all heard though sadly.

I agree. It's somewhat disturbing that EA "noted" that majority of C&C fans want SP only after C&C fans raised their voice about lack of SP. Shouldn't they already know that?

Community feedback and the goals of EA can often conflict. You can listen to the community but you must also balance that out with the main initiatives within any company.

That's the best I can do to sum this up without creating an TLDR post.

    Criticisms
    1. Singleplayer fans claim that C&C = story, and lack of story = not C&C.
    2. Multiplayer fans are worried about the game becoming pay-to-win, in otherwords, people who buy extra units/factions will have an unfair advantage over those who dont.
    3. Everyone is skeptical about EA's ability to deliver a quality game with quality support. However that concern isn't unique to free-to-play.

    About sums it up.
    Missed one, no offline play.

Call me old fashioned, but single player PC games should never require an internet connection (other than maybe a one-time registration....). (note, I'm talking about real PC games, not facebook games or any of that crap that is online based)

Thus, combine that with how EA has gotten so wound up about everything being online lately, I highly doubt there will ever be a true "single player" mode added to this game. (or a true skirmish mode for that matter...)

Would you rather have intrusive DRM in your single player games or something much more easier on everyone by having a constant internet connection?
