    Epic units

    I don't want epics in the next CnC game. They were too important in KW, a single MARV pwned an army of all other units, teleporting hexapod was a nightmare and a stealthed redeemer was too.

    So my opinion is: do not have epics in ranked matches but toggle-able in unranked matches.

    Tiberian sun nailed it, in my opinion, but they were too powerful and important in KW.

    I agree. They would be nice to use every once in a while, but only that. A toggle option would be great.

    There are nothing wong with the epics.

    And they don't pwn everything in Kw. If you can't kill one unit, you suck. Not to be dumb man... but just use emp against it. It's not hard.

    They should be like super weapons... With an option to turn them off... Or a tech slider

    Yes, you could have that option. But only in unranked games of course!

    Yes, don't include epic units. A price increase along with an increase of build time would probably focus them more as a tie breaker than a distraction/meatshield, though.

    Epic Units weren't designed to take on entire armies alone, and were more supposed to be the boss of a big attack. They also cost more than superweapons when fully manned. I say let them in, but yeah, an option to turn them off in some matches isn't a bad idea.

    IMO, I wasn't too terrified of epic units. Sure, they are powerful, but there RoF and speed made them more balanced. I honestly wish they were better, and I wish you had more of a strategic approach with using them with the rest of your army. The only one I could say was OP was the Eradicator Hexapod (Teleportation, Corrupter healing, etc.). Also, the epic units also had the worst pathfinding in the game. Their pathfinding was one of the things I hated the most.

    If there were to be epic units in the next C&C game (although I'd rather have them be in it's expansion pack), I don't want them to necessarily be huge monstrosities. I'd want a unit that opens up a plethora of strategic options (It can be poweful, too; but focus mainly on the different tactics it would open up). Of course, if they did this, I'd want them in ranked games.

    Should really be up to who ever is actually playing. If people want to play ranked with/without epics and superweapons, they should be allowed to. Nobody wants to be dictated to on how they should like playing the game :|
