Just watched 5 matches on the go with KW on Green_Zero's channel, and I feel that it is testament to the player's skill on how they play, but it doesn't remove much from what I said, that strategies are still limited, even with innovative play on the side of the players. And I note that many games still do end within that time frame of 10-15 mins. Certainly games can stretch to the 20 minute mark, but rarely do you see games beyond that, which are exceptional games, if I may add. This showcases a lack of indepth strategies.
Of course, to lump it simply to the restrictive time scale will be to simplify things, and it isn't that simple, but I feel it played a big part.
True to a certain extent, but pro players are the ones that are gonna stick around showcasing the game to the world. Again, the depth of strategies is key and adding that will allow both set of players to enjoy a good game.

I liked epic units a lot in Kane's Wrath. So depending on the next C&C, I'd like to see epic units again. With possibility to turn the on and off.
Epic units are very relative, I remember playing with a guy who just spent all his resources in getting a Redeemer just to get owned in about 20 secs by specters while the Redeemer did virtually no damage, in the end most of the hype about the epic units were just that, hype, the other only reason why I think they are hatred so much is bcs they were up to a point effective at countering tank spam, which of course will make a lot of people complain since too many guys out there just spam units.
Live well. It is the greatest revenge... And be the salt and light of Earth.

Nah, the thing is, Epics can turn a tide of battle when used in a close battle. It is a meat shield, and a source of DPS given how long it lasts. That's probably why it is so irritating.
