For instance, im playing nod, I have the option to have awakened, militia, or brotherhood soldiers as my basic infantry type, and ascended, militant rocket squads, or brotherhood rocket infantry as my AT/AA unit, or tick tanks, avengers, or scorpions, tiberium core missiles, extra armour, or additional speed/doging capability for my attack bikes, the list goes on. Allowing each player to save army choices and name the army they have created could lead to some awesome customisation and depth, far more than subfactions or cnc4's ...questionable... levelling system.

Also before someone screams at me that ths would be impossible to balance, no it wouldnt, and further more, if something just a little imblanced i dont really care, games should be about fun first, not E-sports or perfect balance.
    That would be quite cool.....

Also adding to that, maybe some type of Army painter, like the DoW system, i was a mass proponent of to be included in CnC4 but where ignored though a large chunk of the players agreed......
