Command and conquer 3: Constantly saying invalid serial number even though its new

Hi i recently bought the command and conquer 3 deluxe edition for my new computer.

I have windows 7 64bit and definetly meet the system requirments, now first off kanes wrath installs perfectly but tiberium wars gets the the beginning put in your code bit and when i type in the code it said instantly invalid code, this game was brand new and sealed, so i went to EA and got them to send me a new code, and even this one said the same thing.

So i thought it might have been the disk itself so i took it back and got another copy, but nope, the same thing keeps happening. its like it doesnt even check theres no pause or noise it just says instantly invalid code when i press enter.

Now ive tried doing the run as admin and changing the compatabilty and all sorts but nothings working, anyone else got any ideas??

Tbh i would go back to EA support live chat, and explain it still aint taking the code, make sure you mention you bought the deluxe edition. They seem to have issues with the box set versions of these games.

Have you tried installing on a different computer?

Have you tried installing while disconnected offline?

Try both in one shot and see if it works. But yeah, best solution might be to contact EA support.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Just got C&C 3 Deluxe today. Using Windows 7 64bit. Kane's Wrath installed just fine for me too. Tiberium Wars keeps telling me "You have entered an invalid code."
